KAIST University Scholarship 2021

A fully funded scholarship (tuition, monthly allowance, medical insurance) for students seeking a Bachelor’s Degree. Courses are all taken in English. (NOTE: this university does offer scholarships for Master’s and Doctoral degrees, however the deadline has already passed.)
Korea National University of Arts Scholarship 2021

Imperial College PhD Scholarships

A fully funded scholarship (tuition, monthly stipend of $2000 USD, living costs, annual stipend of $2400 USD) for students seeking a Doctoral research degree at one of the top universities in the UK. All courses are conducted in English. Excellent academic record, bachelor’s degree and master’s degree required.

University of New South Wales Scholarship 2021.

A full tuition funded scholarship for students seeking a Master’s or Doctoral degree at one of the top universities in the world, in the top 50 in QS University Rankings. All courses are conducted in English.
Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarships
APPLICATION DEADLINE: –
accepted year-round A fully funded scholarship (tuition, $1700 USD monthly stipend, accommodations, medical funds, airfare, maternity leave, additional research funds) for students accepted into a Master’s or Doctoral degree at any of the universities in Australia. All courses are conducted in English.

The Fulbright Scholarship
The Fulbright scholarship is probably the most well-known of US government funded scholarships for international students. The scholarship is open to graduate students (students who already hold a bachelor’s degree/1st degree). Many programs are available in all 50 states and Cambodia is one of the qualifying countries.
Humphrey Fellowship Program
The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship program offers tuition and accommodation for 10 months to study in the US in almost all states to further your professional or academic goals. This program does not offer a degree. Its intention is to allow international graduates exposure to American education and knowledge.
#YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Spring/Summer 2021 – depends on university
This organization awards scholarships to international students who wish to study in the US for their first degree/bachelor’s degree. It is open to all students who have already applied and received admissions offers to participating universities. The scholarship covers a minimum of 50% of tuition fees.
Civil Society Scholarship Awards
APPLICATION TIME: March 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021
The Civil Society Scholarship awards a maximum of $15,000 USD to doctoral students from qualifying countries who are studying or will study in the US. Cambodia is on the list of qualifying countries. Applicants must hold a master’s degree and conduct doctoral research at a US university. The award is for 3 months to 10 months of study (1 or 2 semesters). Qualified applicants would have their research focused on socio-political issues as this organization focuses on fighting for social and political rights for people from developing countries.
